    Certainly. Preston specializes in constructing high-quality, custom homes across our region. We don't develop entire subdivisions or build speculative homes. If you have existing blueprints, we'll collaborate with you to ensure they're comprehensive and meet all requirements for obtaining necessary building permits for your project.

  • Will Preston oversee the site lot work for me?

    Indeed, we will. This is a standard part of our process and is included at no additional cost. We believe it's crucial to be involved in every aspect of your project and new home construction to ensure everything comes together according to plan.

  • When does the actual construction start and how long will it take?

    Typically, construction begins 9-12 months after the initial consultation.

  • How long is the warranty on our new home and what does it cover?

    The warranty period is extensive and commences from your move-in date. It covers defects in materials, products, and workmanship. Manufacturer warranties are transferred to the owner and may vary in duration. For specific details, it's best to refer to your contract as warranty terms may differ for each project.
